MacArthur Place

MacArthur Place is a 548-unit, multifamily apartment complex built in two phases (1964 and 1969). The property has a diverse unit mix that consists of 9 floor plans including one, two, and three-bedrooms units as well as 54 townhomes. The average unit size at the property is 979 square feet. The community features a leasing office, administrative office, two swimming pools, sports court, and picnic areas with BBQ grills. All of the units on the property will be upgraded to a higher-level finish in order to achieve rents in line with comparable properties. In addition to the interior unit renovations, we plan to elevate the quality of the property by enhancing the exteriors of the buildings and improving the community amenities.
