Eli Kiffel has overseen the acquisition and management of over $200,000,000 worth of multifamily real estate in the DFW metro area. He brings a deep network of institutional and individual investors as well as extensive Asset Management and Financial Compliance experience from his previous work at KPMG LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Prior to that, Eli served as Chief Accounting Officer at Enduring Hearts, a Not-For-Profit organization. Eli graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland-UC and currently holds an active and licensed CPA from the State of Maryland.

Joe Fairless, Managing Partner at Ashcroft Capital, controls over $300,000,000 worth of real estate in Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth. A native Texan, Joe grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas Tech University. He has been investing in real estate since 2008, and prior to that, was the youngest vice president at an award-winning advertising agency. He is also the host of the world’s longest- running daily real estate podcast, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki.

Frank Roessler, Founder and Managing Partner at Ashcroft Capital, has over 10 years of institutional multifamily investment expertise. During Frank’s career, he has overseen the acquisition of over $700,000,000 of institutional quality multifamily investments and is highly familiar with the local economic markets within dozens of major metropolitan areas. Frank has managed the underwriting, due diligence and contract negotiation of over 50 properties comprising over 8,000 units. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
