Chairman and Founder
Eli Kiffel brings a network of institutional and individual investors as well as valuable Asset Management and Financial Compliance experience from his previous work at KPMG LLP and, prior to that, at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Eli has served within the firms’ Financial Services groups, handling multi-billion dollar accounts, and was responsible for overseeing the valuation of $1 billion+ of investment securities. Additionally, Eli has worked hand-in-hand with multiple billion dollar private equity firms on the structuring, financial reporting, compliance, and valuation of investment funds and underlying operating companies. Prior to that, Eli served as Chief Accounting Officer at Enduring Hearts, a multi-million dollar non-profit organization. Eli graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland-UC and currently holds a CPA from the State of Maryland. Eli is a full active member with the AICPA and MACPA professional organizations.

Joe Fairless controls over $200,000,000 worth of real estate in Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth. A native Texan, Joe grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas Tech University. He has been investing in real estate since 2008, and prior to that, was the youngest vice president at an award-winning advertising agency. He is also the host of the world’s longest- running daily real estate podcast, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki.

Frank Roessler, has over 10 years of institutional multifamily investment expertise. During Frank’s career, he has overseen the acquisition of over $400,000,000 of institutional quality multifamily investments and is highly familiar with the local economic markets within dozens of major metropolitan areas. Frank has managed the underwriting, due diligence and contract negotiation of over 35 properties comprising over 5,000 units. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
